Necessity is the mother of invention<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This statement proved to be true in the development of GreaseFree. In 1996, GreaseFree had contracts cleaning high-volume, commercial kitchens. Most of our customers were supplying all of the Back-of-House cleaning products, including degreaser. We quickly discovered that the supplied degreaser was not able to remove heavy grease deposits quickly, and most left a white film on the equipment during the drying process. This created a significant increase in the amount of time required to make the equipment free of grease.<\/p>\n In an effort to solve this problem, we initiated the development of GreaseFree Degreaser\/Oven Cleaner<\/strong>. We talked with many General Managers who expressed their various\u00a0cleaning needs for preparing their restaurants to pass their vigorous Unit Review Inspections.<\/p>\n GreaseFree<\/strong> was developed from what we call a \u201cGeneral Manager\u2019s Wish List.\u201d We created GreaseFree to be the universal, Back-of-House kitchen cleaner.
